The Fry App is the private, internal business application of Team CCI HVAC LLC, doing business as Fry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, based in Toledo, Ohio (“Fry,” “we,” “us”). It is used by Fry employees and approved partners (such as subcontractors) to run the company’s day-to-day work: scheduling, work orders, receipts, projects, and customer communication. It is not offered to the general public. “Fry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing” is the registered trade name (DBA) of Team CCI HVAC LLC, and the two are the same business.
Information the app handles
The app handles business information needed to run Fry: employee names, work email addresses and roles; schedules, time-off and on-call records; work orders, job and customer service records that already exist in Fry’s business systems (such as ServiceTitan); receipts and vehicle location data from company-owned trucks; and documents that employees and partners upload for their work.
Google Business Profile
Fry connects the app, with the permission of the Fry owner who manages the company’s Google Business Profile listings (Toledo, Ohio and Ann Arbor, Michigan), to Google’s Business Profile service. The app uses that access only to read customer reviews posted on Fry’s own business listings and to post Fry’s replies to those reviews after a Fry employee approves them. The app does not access any other Google data, does not read the connected person’s email, files, contacts, or calendar, and does not use this access for advertising.
Google account sign-in tokens used for this connection are stored securely on Fry’s servers and used only for the purpose above. Fry’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Text messages (SMS)
Fry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing sends text messages for service and operations only: from (567) 298-6425, alerts and assignments to Fry employees and subcontractors who have agreed to receive them; and from (419) 517-8378, service messages to existing Fry customers who have opted in (appointment updates, thank-you and feedback requests, plan and warranty reminders, and scheduling a visit). Fry does not send marketing or promotional texts. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and are not sold. Text-message providers that deliver our messages receive the number and message only as needed to deliver them. How we use information
We use information only to operate Fry’s business: to schedule and complete service, keep accurate records, pay and manage staff, communicate with customers about their service, and keep the app secure and working. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers Fry uses to run the app and its business (for example hosting, database, email, and field-service software providers), and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Security and retention
Access to the app requires a Fry-approved sign-in, and what each person can see depends on their role. We keep business records for as long as needed for business, payroll, tax, safety and legal purposes, and then remove them when no longer needed.
Your choices
Fry employees, partners and customers may ask what information we hold about them, or ask for a correction, by contacting us below. The Google Business Profile connection can be removed at any time by the Fry owner from the Google Account permissions page, which ends the app’s access.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
